Kale with Ham, Garlic and Onion
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Slightly brown the ham in 3 T of butter, then add the onion and garlic. Simmer until the onion is softened.
  2. Add the broth, bring to a boil, then add the kale, reduce and simmer until kale is tender.
  3. Plate and serve.
